Pumping Stations
Pumping stations are facilities including pumps and equipment for pumping fluids from one place to another. They are used for a variety of infrastructure systems, such as the supply of water to canals, the drainage of low-lying land, and the removal of sewage to processing sites. When low lying areas of land are drained, the general method is to dig drainage ditches. However, if the area is below sea level then it is necessary to pump the water into the sea. DMSI has successfully installed multiple storm water pump stations throughout Miami Dade County in order to facilitate the removal of water due to sea level rise.

Design Build
Services
This method of contracting saves time and money for the owner, while providing the opportunity to achieve innovation in the delivered facility. Design–build projects are delivered 33.5% faster than projects that are designed and built under separate contracts (design-bid-build) and are also constructed 12% faster with a unit cost 6.1% lower than design-bid-build projects.
